You and I both know that all the technology in the world isn&#039;t going to help those sales leaders who can&#039;t or won&#039;t take a strategic view of sales effectiveness.  Slapping some technology over broken or missing process will yield nothing.  There is a lot more to it, of course, but that&#039;s the right place to start.</description>
